Users can submit building photos and related information. By submitting such content, users grant Grand Bequest a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute this content on the platform. Content must not violate any copyright or other rights.

The platform, its features, and original content (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of Grand Bequest and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
